Where can I buy Rikette?
For the moment, the Rikette shoes are sold exclusively online on our website and at some occasions of private sales organized in France.
In order not to miss our private sales, you can subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social networks Instagram and Facebook.
Can I try on a Rikette before ordering it?
You are welcome to try on our shoes in our office in Paris. You can send us an email at email@example.com and we will organize a visit.
If you are not in Paris, we will try to give you the best advice by email.

Where are the Rikette shoes manufactured?
The Rikette shoes are designed in Paris and hand-made in a family workshop renowned for its craftmanship near Porto, Portugal.
How long will it take to have my order delivered?
Standard domestic shipments usually take 4-5 business days to arrive. International shipments typically take 5-7 business days to arrive.
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery and returns are free in metropolitan France.
For foreign countries, shipping costs will be 12€ for standard shipment via Colissimo International.
Will I be charged on duties and taxes?
Rikette is not responsible for any import fees, customs, duties or other taxes imposed by your respective country.
Can I return a pair of Rikette?You have 14 days from the day after the receipt of your order to make a return request by contacting us at email@example.com and giving us your order confirmation Id.
The items must be returned in their original packaging, new and unworn.
We do not proceed to exchanges, to receive an other size, you simply have to place a new order on the e-shop.
How do I return a pair of shoes?From metropolitan France, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label. You can also come and drop your parcel at our office by appointment.
From the rest of the world the return is at your expense and at your risk via the carrier of your choice. However, the return is free in the event the delivered item does not conform to your order. In this case, contact us at email@example.com in order to receive a prepaid return label.
Complete the return form provided in your parcel and insert it with the item to be returned in the original package.
After receiving an email from us confirming the validation of your return, please return your parcel.
Will I be reimbursed?
The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days as from receipt of your parcel, on the method of payment used for your order, if the return was made in accordance with the rules set forth in the general conditions.
